We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer free Royal Mail 2nd Class, Track 48 & 24. We also offer a free local delivery. shipping on Local delivery is always Free. (If Available). Spend £20+ and you will get Royal Mail 2nd Class Free. Spend £35+ and you will get Royal Mail Tracked 48 Free. Spend £50+ and you will get Royal Mail Tracked 24 Free. We offer FREE delivery via Royal Mail Tracked on our Build your own sweet pouch & platter..

as soon as possible or chosen delivery time.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For those opting for local delivery, please note that this service is currently limited to customers residing within a 0.3-mile radius from Prenton. Our team will personally deliver your orders on foot within this specified area, ensuring a prompt and efficient service. Enjoy free delivery on all orders from our build your own sweet pouch & platter, delivered straight to your door via Royal Mail. Create your perfect selection of sweets and have them conveniently shipped to you at no extra cost.

 

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

 

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: If you have subscribed to our service before your initial order date, rest assured that we will promptly pack and process your order using the delivery option you selected.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We do not offer international shipping.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

 

Orders placed on a Saturday will be collected by Royal Mail on Monday, unless local delivery is available.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

 

If you have chosen the Royal Mail option for delivery, rest assured that we will proactively communicate with Royal Mail to investigate the delay in your order and stay in touch until a resolution is reached. We will then provide you with a new delivery date to ensure you receive your order promptly. For those who have opted for local delivery, we will prioritize your order and work through the list to ensure swift delivery as soon as possible.
